How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from US warehouses and typically arrive within 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Is shipping really free?

Yes. Free standard shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Is your window tint the same quality as what shops use?

Yes. Our ceramic and nano-ceramic films use the same professional-grade materials. The only difference is you're installing it yourself instead of paying $300-$500 for labor.

What VLT (shade level) should I choose for window tint?

5% (Limo) — maximum privacy, very dark
20% — popular choice, good privacy with visibility
35% — medium shade, legal in most states for front windows
50% — light shade, great UV protection with maximum visibility

Are the bamboo sheets really bamboo?

Yes. Our sheets are made from bamboo viscose (rayon from bamboo fiber), which is the standard for bamboo bedding. They're naturally cooling, hypoallergenic, and get softer with every wash.

Can I return window tint that's been installed?

We can't accept returns on film that has been cut or applied, unless it's defective. If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately with photos and we'll replace it at no charge.
