How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at returns@shieldhomesupply.com with your order number
2. We'll send you a return shipping label (free for defective items; $5.99 flat rate for change-of-mind returns)
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging for change-of-mind returns
• Defective or damaged items are always returned at our expense
• Window film that has been cut or applied cannot be returned unless defective
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
